PROCLAIM THE FOLLOWING

THE ONTARIO LAKESHED

including all her tributary rivers,creeks, aquifers and uplands are hereby remembered, recognized and proclaimed to be ONTARIO BIOREGIONAL MARINE SANCTUARY — ARTICLE II — OUR VISION RestoreNatural Animal Populationsthroughout Our Bioregionto more than 50%of Historic Levelsas Soon as Possible

ONTARIOBIOREGIONAL MARINE SANCTUARY FOUNDATIONAL STANDARDS

We agree that the Water & Wildlife-related Ethos, Standards of Conduct and Management Practices of Mnišóše Bioregional Sanctuary shall in all respects meet or exceed those commonly implemented during the last 40 years in and around the 14 existing U.S. National Marine Sanctuaries

BIOREGIONAL CO-GOVERNANCE

We call upon the People & Governments of Lake Ontario Bioregion, Ontario Province & New York State to work together for the benefit ofAll Life and timely implement this Proclamation by the People

— ARTICLE V —
4 CORNERSTONES OF THE ONTARIO BIOREGIONAL MARINE SANCTUARY PARADIGM SHIFT

(to be accomplished as soon as possible relative to baseline year 2020) Reduce pollution to our Bioregion’s Earth, Water & Air by more than 50%.Provide more than 50% of our Bioregion’s Energy Usage from Solar Sources.Produce more than 50% of our Bioregional Foods in a Certified Organic & Ethical Manner.Enhance more than 50% of our Bioregion’s Lands & Waters re: Natural Animal Habitat

HENCEFORTH, THE FOLLOWING 8 THINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN, ABOVE OR UNDER THE ONTARIO BIOREGIONAL MARINE SANCTUARY

Genetically Modified Organisms • Neonicitinoids • Glyphosate • Tropo-Stratospheric Aerosol Geoengineering• Trafficking of Petrochemicals or Other Hazardous Materials in amounts or types exceeding those in 2012, transitioning thereafter to a Hazardous Material Tanker-free Salish Sea by 2023

— ARTICLE VII — ONTARIO LAKESHED TRAILWAY SYSTEM
We agree that the time has come for our Bioregional Watershed Community to timely design and co-create an integrated system of pedestrian, bicycle and electric bicycle-friendly trailways, integrated with ecological public transportation modes and riverine personal transport systems.
